The house was implicit 1930 in Mediterranean Revival style, appointed by Alden Freeman. There is talk that amid development a period case was covered up in one of the dividers. At the point when Freeman passed on in 1937 the house was purchased by Jacques Amsterdam who transformed it into a loft building naming it The Amsterdam Palace.
