Rafael is an amazing realtor, he's very knowledgeable, very understanding and patient. I Choose Mr. Rafael Jarauta, for recommendation of a neighbor. I spoke with Mr. Jarauta and them met with him at my home. He spent hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding the market Value in my surrounding areas. Mr. Jarauta made the process incredibly professional and went extra helpful in other area in the selling process, he even acts as a handyman, fix some stuff in my home, and helping given tips to staying the house.
